What Perks and Rewards do Founding Members Receive?
Founding members will enjoy discounted pricing on various membership options, providing excellent value for their contributions. For members who purchase a full year in advance, they will also benefit from a special privilege – the assurance that their membership rates will remain unaffected by any future markups. Additionally, as a token of our appreciation, every member who purchases a membership will receive a free personal training session. Your generous support will not only help us achieve our vision but also grant you access to a unique fitness experience as part of The Standard's esteemed founding community.
What are the membership fees and day pass rates?
Memberships are priced at $200 per month, in addition to a $100 initiation fee. For those seeking a single-day visit, the cost is $30. Alternatively, we offer multi-day passes: $65 for a 3-day pass and $100 for a 5-day pass.
What happens if there are delays in the opening or construction process?
In the event of any unforeseen delays in the opening or construction process, we want to assure our backers that we will communicate openly and transparently. While we strive to adhere to our timeline, we recognize that challenges may arise. Rest assured that we are fully dedicated to resolving any obstacles promptly and efficiently. Where will The Standard be located?
The Standard will be conveniently located in the heart of Berry Hill, just off Armory Dr. This carefully chosen location offers easy accessibility for our members, with over 800 parking spots available. We are just 6 minutes from Broadway, 9 minutes from Green Hills, 10 minutes from Brentwood, and only 15 minutes from Franklin. Visit the Contact Us page to get directions!

Are Refunds Available?
Refunds for memberships are indeed available in the event that we are unable to open at this specific location. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes impact our plans, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. However, please note that all donations made to support our project are non-refundable. Your generous contributions play a crucial role in making our vision a reality, and we deeply appreciate your support in bringing this gym to life. Thank you for being a part of our journey!
Regarding Merch: How do I return my order?
If you would like to return your order, please fill out the return form that came with the package. Make sure to include all the information requested on the form, such as the order number and the reason for the return. Once the form is complete, carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label that was also included with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.
Regarding Merch: All orders can be returned within 30 days.
Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Regarding Merch: Are there any shipping costs?
Free Shipping on All U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100 a shipping cost of $9.99 is charged.
